Breakfast, Day Four
whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup fruit cocktail
I enjoyed this breakfast so much on the first day that I decided to have it again, complete with green tea to drink. And it was, again, delicious!
