Breakfast, Day Three
1 oz cold cereal with 1 C skim milk
2 slices whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp Smuckers sugar-free strawberry preserves
1 apple
I had Diet Dr Pepper to drink and was kind of scattered trying to get a presentation together for school.
