Breakfast, Day Thirty-Seven
1 oz Total
1/2 oz whole almonds
1 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp raisins
1 cup skim milk
I was very pleased with myself for fitting all of the breakfast items in one bowl by selecting the raisins for my fruit. This was very tasty and satisfying.
