Breakfast, Day Fifty-Two
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 oz low-sodium ham
2 oz low-fat cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
1 banana
I didn't have all one kind of cheese, so part of it was veggie cheese, which I assume is okay. I really enjoyed this meal.
