Breakfast, Day Forty-Six
2 Eggo whole grain waffles
1/3 cup fruit cocktail, warmed
2 tbsp walnuts
3/4 cup skim milk
This was good, but my stomach really hurts. I decided to take more fiber with this meal, hoping to jog things along. Thus far, no results.
