Lunch, Day Fifty-One
1 oz whole wheat vermicelli, 2 oz tofu, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 tbsp low-fat ricotta cheese, 1/2 medium tomato, seasoning
2 cups lettuce with 2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
1 banana
I think I messed up the flavoring somewhat, but this was still okay.
