Snack, Day Forty-Five


  • 16 reduced fat Wheat Thins
  • 3/4 oz roasted red pepper hummus
  • 3 baby carrots

I waited until I was really hungry until I prepared this snack - I was very glad that I had the ingredients in the apartment already.

    check out a group called "grey sheet"
    they do not advertize, they avoid all publicity, there's no money involved, it's like a 2-step program... follow their program (which requires no will power) and the weight will drop off!
