Snack, Day Forty-Six
1 slice whole wheat bread
1-1/2 oz Healthy Choice chicken breast
Dijon mustard
As I was eating this, I realized I wasn't even tasting it - I was just shoving food in my mouth and thoughtlessly chewing and swallowing. I don't like that.
