Snack, Day Sixty-Seven
2 graham crackers
2/3 tbsp Smart Balance peanut butter
I didn't really want to spread the peanut butter on the crackers - I wanted both separately, so that's what I did. Quite delicious, and it feels like a treat to eat peanut butter with a spoon!
