Fourth Weigh-In


182.5. Down 2 pounds, woohoo!

I guess it just goes to show that sticking on the diet really does work.

I'm really proud of myself because this week I was barely even tempted to cheat. I worked around my habits to find ways to make it easier to stick with, and in the end, it worked!

Next week I'll take measurements again to see if I'm making any headway on losing actual fat.
