- pizza made with 1 whole wheat pita, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup frozen spinach, 2 oz skim milk mozzarella, 2 oz canned sliced mushrooms & oregano
- 1/2 cup tropical fruit cocktail
I think I may have found my favorite meal yet. I don't know how I'd missed it in my first few perusals of the meal plan, but WOW! Pizza? With spinach and mushrooms?! Wow wow wow.
I also loved that it wasn't too much food and I didn't have to eat a side salad or something AND that it only took 10 minutes to cook. Ahhh perfection.
