

- 1 whole wheat English muffin with 2 slices low-fat cheese
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 3/4 cup light soy milk
- 1/2 cup fruit cocktail
I was in a big hurry for class and planned to skip breakfast, but my boyfriend made this sandwich for me. I'm very glad he did, as I suspect it was the only thing that kept me functional during my class. When I came home, I looked around on the meal plan to find a meal which most closely incorporated these items, then added the other three to complete the meal and balance it.
I still feel sick with myself after last night, and what's more, my stomach still hurts a lot and I continue suffering digestive woes. My body is a mess right now.
