- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 oz ham
- 2 oz. veggie cheese
- 1/2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 apple
We've had an unexpected house guest this weekend, so I bought a bunch of ham thinking that he and my boyfriend could make sandwiches and I could have this fabulous breakfast a couple times.
