Breakfast, Day Eighty-Five


  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 oz ham
  • 2 oz. veggie cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 apple

We've had an unexpected house guest this weekend, so I bought a bunch of ham thinking that he and my boyfriend could make sandwiches and I could have this fabulous breakfast a couple times.
