- 2 chocolate crunch rice cakes
- 2/3 tbsp Smart Balance peanut butter
Here I'm starting to see some of the caloric cuts. Last time I had this snack, I was allotted a full tablespoon of peanut butter, and while to me 1/3 of a tbsp doesn't seem like a lot, supposedly it will assist me in losing weight.
My guess is that I will gain weight again this week and (I hope) have the option to cut calories further. It's not that I want to be deprived, but I don't think cutting 100 calories is really going to do it.
