Dinner, Day Twenty-Six


  • 3 oz ground turkey burger on 1 whole wheat bun with Dijon mustard
  • 1 small baked potato with 1 pat Country Crock spread
  • 1 cup broccoli, sauteed in soy sauce and a splash of olive oil
  • 1 orange

I decided it was time to make an actual meal and sit down and enjoy it, since I've been so half-assed with things this week. The last time I had this meal I remembered loving it, and since I had turkey patties still in the fridge I went for it, and it did not disappoint! I made changes (i.e. replacing the healthy fries with a whole potato, having broccoli instead of salad) which made it a lot more enjoyable.
