Lunch, Day Fourteen


  • turkey patty on 2 slices whole wheat bread with Dijon mustard
  • salad greens with fat-free Italian dressing
  • sweet potato healthy fries
  • 1/2 cup fruit cocktail

Yum yum yum yum yum. Made even better by actually eating it at lunch time and deriving sustenance to fuel activities for the rest of the day. I think I'll have to make this one a staple meal.
