Dinner, Day Fifteen


    Beef Tostada made with:
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 oz lean ground beef, seasoned with garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 medium tomato
  • sprinkle of low-fat cheese
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches

I really enjoyed this meal and found it nice and easy to prepare. I especially loved the tomato sauce and was pleased that I didn't have to eat a giant salad like usual. My boyfriend is very clever and found these whole wheat tortillas instead of flour - I hope that sneaking extra nutrition in will help.
