I didn't really have time to prepare lunch before an afternoon commitment, but this snack kept me going until 8 at night.
I wish I had made lunch, though, as when I got home, I passed out asleep for most of the night and woke up still exhausted, but with too much work to get done before class in the morning. Blech.
