Breakfast, Day Thirteen


  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 oz low-fat cheese
  • tomato slices
  • 1-1/4 cups skim milk

I was supposed to also have walnuts and a serving of fruit... but because I was in a huge rush to get to class, I didn't bother preparing those portions of the meal. I meant to catch up on them, but never got around to it.
