Second Part of Lunch, Day Fifteen


  • 6 slices whole wheat Melba toast
  • Smuckers sugar-free strawberry preserves

After finishing the first part of lunch I also realized I'd forgotten the bread and fruit it called for. Since I was so full, I decided to make jelly my fruit of choice and enjoyed it this way a lot more than if I'd eaten the Melba toast with the salad the way I was intended to.
