- 1/4 cup oatmeal with 2 tbsp sliced almonds and 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup fruit cocktail
- 1 cup skim milk
After yesterday's breakfast, I was mildly underwhelmed, particularly with the oatmeal, which was not vastly improved with the addition of a packet of Splenda. Still, it was hearty and healthy, and you can't really argue with that.
