Breakfast, Day Sixteen


  • 1/4 cup oatmeal with 2 tbsp sliced almonds and 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup skim milk

After yesterday's breakfast, I was mildly underwhelmed, particularly with the oatmeal, which was not vastly improved with the addition of a packet of Splenda. Still, it was hearty and healthy, and you can't really argue with that.
