I loved how delicious this lunch was, as well as how easy it was to prepare. I really feel that the time I spent researching more convenient meal options this weekend is paying off. I was also not overwhelmed with the amount of food, which is great. The orange was unbelievably perfect - I never would have said I liked oranges yet I was amazed by this one. A few weeks ago, I would have found ice cream or a candy bar to have been the best treat I could imagine - now it's just another orange like this... could it be my tastes are beginning to change??
