- ham and cheese sandwich made with 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1-1/2 oz Healthy Choice sliced ham, 2 oz low-fat cheddar cheese & 1/2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 apple
What a great way to kick off the day - I had so much energy, which lasted throughout the day due to the great protein-y beginning. It was also blessedly easy to make, which is good because I was in a hurry.
