Breakfast, Day Fifteen


  • 1 Eggo Nutri Grain low-fat whole wheat waffle
  • 4 strips Morningstar Farms immitation bacon
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 oz soy nuts
  • 3/4 cup chocolate soy milk

Oh man, this may be my favorite breakfast thusfar! Soooo delicious and so easy to make - that's the kind of combination I like!

I took some time going through the diet website today to find meals that were easier to prepare and more appealing, then before I could change my mind, printed out a shopping list and bought everything I'll need for both my boyfriend and I for the whole week. I think this will help alleviate some of the stress of dieting... though the new stress of how damn expensive a week's food was may be a new thing to worry about. :-P
