- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1.5 oz raisins
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
- 1 tbsp Smuckers sugar-free strawberry preserves
I thought I was oh-so-clever using my "fruit of choice" as the raisins in the cereal... until I later read that a serving size for raisins is much smaller than one of those little boxes. Whoops.
