Breakfast, Day One



This was a delicious way to start off right.
  • Thomas' Light multi-grain English muffin with 1-1/2 tbsp Skippy Natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 C low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 C fruit cocktail packed in juice

To drink, I had a mug of green tea sweetened with Splenda.
