Lunch, Day Twelve


  • 2 tbsp uncooked brown rice, cooked
  • 3-1/2 oz lean pork
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • fresh broccoli
  • garlic
  • teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple

Mmmm pork stir-fry! Love it! I didn't have the green beans it called for, but I actually preferred the broccoli. I made the rice wrong, so it was a bit... chewy, but still a delicious meal.
