- 2 tbsp uncooked brown rice, cooked
- 3-1/2 oz lean pork
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- fresh broccoli
- garlic
- teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
Mmmm pork stir-fry! Love it! I didn't have the green beans it called for, but I actually preferred the broccoli. I made the rice wrong, so it was a bit... chewy, but still a delicious meal.
