- 3-1/2 oz. chicken breast, marinated and broiled
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- "healthy fries" (1 potato sliced and baked with Mrs Dash seasoning)
- 1 cup salad greens with 1 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
The chicken was absolutely delicious. Loved this meal!
