Lunch, Day Five


  • 3-1/2 oz. chicken breast, marinated and broiled
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • "healthy fries" (1 potato sliced and baked with Mrs Dash seasoning)
  • 1 cup salad greens with 1 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple

The chicken was absolutely delicious. Loved this meal!
