Lunch, Day Forty-Five


  • Fiery Meatballs made with 3 oz ground beef, 1/4 cup vegetable broth, 1/4 onion, 1 egg white, 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce & 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 oz spinach semolina pasta
  • 1 medium zucchini with 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp honey, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fruit cocktail

You've been seeing this meal a lot lately since it's one of the ones I really enjoy most. Weirdly, I don't mind the preparation of it since I always double it and prepare two meals at a time.

I just wish it would aid with digestion...
