Breakfast, Day Eighteen


  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese mixed with 2-1/2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup fruit cocktail
  • 1 cup skim milk

Considering I used to think I was lactose-intolerant, this was a lot of dairy to take in at once. Thankfully, my body did not respond in the (horrifying) way it used to, which makes me think that I'm either getting used to dairy again or that my digestive system is coming into some sort of desperately-needed balance.
