Breakfast, Day Twenty-Three


  • 1 oz Kashi Go-Lean crunch
  • 1 oz slivered almonds
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp sugar-free Smuckers strawberry preserves
  • 40 grams dried apricots

I had resolved to get back on track with this diet after acting so lazily. This breakfast was really tasty and satisfying - I especially loved the cereal.
