- 1 oz Kashi Go-Lean crunch
- 1 oz slivered almonds
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp sugar-free Smuckers strawberry preserves
- 40 grams dried apricots
I had resolved to get back on track with this diet after acting so lazily. This breakfast was really tasty and satisfying - I especially loved the cereal.
