Breakfast, Day Twelve


  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Smart Balance peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Smuckers sugar-free strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 oz whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches

Now I have to take back every negative thing I've said or implied about my boyfriend being detrimental to my diet - I was running late for class today and had planned to just skip breakfast and not eat until 4:00. While I was rushing around to get ready, he thought fast, toasted bread, and made me a PBJ sandwich so I could get some nutrition in me. Originally he had put it in a plastic baggie to take with me, but then it turned out my class was cancelled, so I came back home and made the full meal, which was double-delicious for his thoughtfulness.
