Lunch, Day Twenty-Seven


  • 1 oz whole wheat penne
  • 3-1/2 oz tofu
  • 1/2 onion
  • garlic
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 medium tomato
  • basil, oregano, parsley, ground red pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, 1 tsp parmesan cheese

I made a double recipe of this dish, planning to have extra for dinner or a future meal. I burnt the onions and garlic in the beginning, and so no matter what other spices I added (and I definitely over-spiced), I was haunted by that gross burnt taste. I was really annoyed at myself since an onion costs what, 10 cents, and I couldn't be bothered to throw it out and start again.

I did not make the salad or fruit I was supposed to have with this meal on account of sheer laziness. I have to stop that.
