Breakfast, Day Thirty-One


  • 1 Eggo whole grain waffle with 1 tbsp light syrup & 1 oz soy nuts
  • 4 Morningstar Farms breakfast strips
  • 1/2 cup fresh cantaloupe
  • 3/4 cup light vanilla soy milk

I resolved to get back on track after the crazy weekend, particularly with eating meals at regular times. I made sure to have the soy milk with this meal, as last time I was disappointed to have regular milk - I was also pleased to find this soy milk with reduced sugar and fat, even though I was tempted to just buy the chocolate soy milk I so dearly love instead.
