Lunch, Day Twenty-Eight
This one looks a little weird, so I will have to explain it. My boyfriend's mother recently returned from a trip to Finland and brought us these Finnish sausages, which taste sort of like a mild bologna. The bread is a Finnish flat bread that tasted a bit like pumpernickel. I had this sandwich open-faced with Dijon mustard and loved every minute of it.
I didn't bother putting a salad or fruit or anything that might have approximated a healthy meal, which I feel a little bad about... but this was a special treat and I still had a lot of stress for my afternoon class, so if someone was going to hand me a sandwich, I was okay eating it, no matter how fatty and unhealthful it probably was.
