Weigh-In Week Four
191.5. Hmm. I guess I'll take that.
I don't feel like I've earned anything, since I've been half-assedly sticking with the diet, haven't really exercised at all, and have been ridiculously tired for days. All I've done is focus on my work lately, which does make it easier in some ways because I'm not sitting around eating out of boredom or what have you. Nevertheless, I haven't been enjoying eating or improving my body - it's kind of just been happening while I was sleeping or something.
Weight Loss this week: 3 pounds.
Total Weight Loss to date: 10.5 pounds.
Maybe I'll be happier when I break 190.
