Dinner, Day Twenty


    Turkey Fajita made with:
  • 3 oz ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp low-fat sour cream
  • 1 oz low-fat cheese
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup salad greens with 1 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
  • 40 grams dried apricots

I really really enjoyed this and didn't find the preparation too laborious, though I was overall exhausted before, during, and after eating it. I think all I did today was class, work for a while, eat and sleep. My body is trying to tell me to slow down, but I'm kind of forced to ignore it because of the amount of things that have to get done. I really don't like doing that.
