- 1 oz oatmeal with 1/2 tbsp raisins & 1-1/2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 oz fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1 apple
It sounds kind of gross, but I mixed the cheese into the oatmeal so it became a very rich porridge. Seeing as the raisins were a practically negligible entity and I'd omitted the sweetener I was allowed, it didn't make for an unpleasant mix of flavors - rather, it was quite delicious.
I often hesitate about selecting this breakfast, since we tend to only have shredded cheese around and not the little bricks I imagine they have in mind, but in the future, I will probably prepare it this way, as I enjoyed it immensely.
