Lunch, Day Fifty-Six


  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 oz fat-free mozzarella cheese
  • garlic powder & oregano
  • 2 oz canned mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup fruit cocktail

I had a long talk with my mother and settled down a bit - I was actually able to enjoy this meal and was feeling a lot better after eating breakfast earlier in the day.
