- 1 whole wheat pita
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1 oz tomato sauce
- 2 oz fat-free mozzarella cheese
- garlic powder & oregano
- 2 oz canned mushrooms
- 1/2 cup fruit cocktail
I had a long talk with my mother and settled down a bit - I was actually able to enjoy this meal and was feeling a lot better after eating breakfast earlier in the day.
