Dinner, Day Forty-Eight


  • pizza made with 1 whole wheat pita, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup frozen spinach, 2 oz skim milk mozzarella, 2 oz canned sliced mushrooms, oregano, basil & garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup fruit cocktail

I enjoyed the pizza so much for lunch that I decided to have another. And yes, it's the same plate, but no, I did not wash it between, hehehe.

This time I added some garlic powder and basil, which greatly improved the flavor. It is difficult to resist putting salt on things, since just about everything I eat seems like it could use some, but that is the life of a low-sodium diet.
