- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 oz low-sodium ham
- 2 oz low-fat cheese
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
Remembering how much I'd enjoyed the roast beef melt (and still without sliced cheese), I melted this stuff as well and enjoyed it immensely. It feels like something I'd eat if I wanted to pig out, moreso than a diet meal, and that's a pretty good thing.
