Lunch, Day Fifty-Seven

  • Lean Cuisine Honey Roasted Pork
  • 2 cups lettuce with 2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

I had purchased a bunch of Lean Cuisines the last time I was at the store, and I figured I would be able to find comparative meals listed in my plan (since obviously they can't balance every single frozen entree on the market). I figured this one was close enough to glazed turkey tenderloins that I could substitute it in, hence the salad and milk but no fruit (presumably there is enough sugar/carb-ness in the sauce or carrots).

It was quite good, though at first I thought I would hate it because the mustard smell was so pungent and overpowering. The flavors were good, though, and the pork was surprisingly tasty.
