Breakfast, Day Fifty-Seven


  • 1 oz Total
  • 1/2 oz whole almonds
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 cup skim milk

I ate this shortly after weighing in and was not terribly concerned with the diet at all. I basically decided I should stay with it since it would be a big waste of time and money to have gone nine weeks (making almost no progress) and throw in the towel.

I know that I'm kind of an emotional wreck at the moment, but the fact remains, I have to continue eating right and eventually, I do have to lose this weight one way or another. My goal this week is to stay the course and get through the end of this semester without a major breakdown.
