- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 oz American cheese (approx)
- 1 Granny Smith apple
I'd gone to the corner store before class and got this sandwich to start my day. It was actually supposed to be toasted with meltier cheese, but the guy was in a hurry, so it kind of tasted like stale bread. I didn't care because the cheese was delicious, though decidedly not low-cal. Damnit. The apple was good though, and I was surprised to find myself looking around the store for fruit instead of trying to find something unhealthy I could justify by this being a meal off the plan.
