- 1/2 cup fruit cocktail
Okay so I have a sort of embarrassing admission... but since this is an anonymous blog committed to full disclosure, I'm gonna just out and say it. I'm kind of constipated and have been for a couple days now. I suspected this was part of why I'd gained (or not lost) weight, and last night I took fiber supplements and have been drinking lots of water to try to remedy my digestive woes.
I hoped that this breakfast, with all its fiber and such, would help... it didn't. But it was still enjoyable.
