Lunch, Day Fifty-Four


  • 1 oz spinach semolina pasta, 1/2 cup broccoli, 2 tomatoes, 1/4 small onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, black pepper, 1 oz low-fat shredded cheese
  • 1 orange

It probably gets tiresome posting a photo of the whole casserole, but this one looked particularly delicious for using spaghetti-style pasta and two-colored cheese. I always really enjoy making this dish, but get lazy and am loathe to prepare it. It's not like it's more involved than anything else that I make, but it feels that way.
