- 13 reduced fat Wheat Thins
- 1/2 oz roasted red pepper hummus
- 1/2 cup skim milk
We had milk about to go bad, so I had a modified version of my stand-by. The snack usually allows for 4 Triscuits (I assume 1 serving), so I did the caloric equivalent in Wheat Thins. For the snack with milk, it called for 3 Triscuits, and somehow I decided that meant 13 Wheat Thins. Completely arbitrary, I know, but it's all good. The milk I drank as a shot because I was afraid it would taste bad... seemed like a waste.
