Lunch, Day Fifty-Two


  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 oz roast beef
  • 1-1/2 oz low-fat cheese
  • 2 cups salad with 1-1/2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1 orange

As I mentioned, we were out of sliced cheese, but we did have shredded cheese, which I melted over the roast beef - it was so delicious!
