Breakfast, Day Forty-Nine


  • 1 whole wheat English muffin
  • 1-1/2 oz Smart Balance cheese

After pulling an all-nighter, I was in a rush to get to class, but I thought I could grab something and make up for the rest of the meal later as I'd done on Monday. I also ate an apple that I had in my bag, part of yesterday's breakfast that I'd forgotten to eat. I forgot to have anything else, but that seemed complete enough to me.

It's weird, but lack of sleep makes it that I'm not very hungry. Maybe I'm just focusing on wanting sleep? More likely my body begins running on adrenaline, particularly when I'm rushing to get work done as I was today.
