- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 oz roast beef
- 1-1/2 oz low-fat cheese
- 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1-1/2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
- 1 orange
My boyfriend measured out the roast beef and put it in a little baggie for me, which was very sweet of him.
I had three big glasses of ice water while eating this meal, and I actually enjoyed the idea of eating "diet food," especially after the earlier pseudo-meal of tortilla chips. Eating fresh food is (gasp) actually refreshing, and it feels good. I like that.
